Super Pounder Sized Mega D™ Swimbait for Trophy Musky and Pike
The SUPER sized Mega D swimbait is a 100% soft lure and comes in a 13oz heavy and 11.5oz shallow version. Our lures use a tough internal coil harness that can accept two muskie treble hooks. The second belly hook is further back towards the tail for a better chance of hooking up a short strike musky and northern pike. It is balanced with a jig head so it swims down at a 45 degree angle on the fall and swims horizontally when jerked or reeled in. The SUPER sized musky Mega D swimbait can be used as a crankbait, jerkbait or jig. When retrieved, it rocks back and forth as the curly tail waves frantically, a combination that drives large freshwater game fish crazy. Fish the Mega D swimbait with a slow, medium or fast retrieve while twitching and jerking over weeds, on weed edges and on or around structure. The musky Mega D swimbait can be counted down at about 1 foot per second for the 13oz and 8″ per second for the 11.5oz allowing you to put the bait in the fishes face at any depth. Hand poured musky and pike catching colors, 3D Eyes, Fins, Gill Plate, Scales, Softer plastic for an even more realistic baitfish movement.
