Was looking for a new rod and TI came up in many forums. Too a look and bought the 9 ft XXH rod. Seems good and we’ll see how it does in Canada in a few weeks.

Comfortable, efficient, durable and convenient. This rod does it all, I can't say enough about TI rods. They stand behind their product and put fish in the boat consistently!!

Good but metap part popped off of the top eye

I don't write reviews often but my first experience with Tackle Industries compelled me to do so. On my first trip while casting light baits, this rod broke 10 inches from the tip. Based on my research before buying, TI makes a quality product and this had to be an anomaly tied to a simple manufacturing defect. Upon my return, I messaged their customer service department and after a couple of emails, I had a replacement rod shipped to my house with a few days of my original request....no questions asked. Too often today companies are unwilling to stand behind their products and services and lack high quality customer service; TI demonstrated they are the exception and not the rule and for that they've earned a lifelong customer.
